Singapore Institute of Advanced Medicine Holdings Pte. Ltd (“SIAMH”) is a Singapore company
which operates diagnostic imaging, radiopharmaceutical and oncology services in Singapore and
will also have the first-of-its-kind proton therapy centre in ASEAN, Australia & New Zealand
regions. Under its wholly-owned subsidiary, Proton Therapy Pte. Ltd. (“PTPL”), it will operate
diagnostic imaging, radiopharmaceutical and oncology services out of its new premises at
Biopolis, Buona Vista in Singapore and will also have the first-of-its-kind proton therapy
centre in South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand. With its proton therapy centre, the
Company will offer brand new, cutting-edge proton therapy technology utilized in the diagnosis,
treatment, and overall improvement in the quality of life for cancer patients.
SIAMH also has a wholly-owned subsidiary, Asia HealthPartners Pte. Ltd., which is an existing
and operating medical centre in Singapore, as well as several medical suites in Farrer Park
Hospital in Singapore.
