Job Responsibilities

• Liaise with creative agency for marketing collaterals and relevant agencies for carrying out Advertising and Promotional activities.
• Coordinate and execute marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, digital marketing and campaigns.
• Responsible for statutory authorities, e.g Developer License and Advertising Permit (DLAP), 7F and NAPIC submission.
• Conduct market research and surveys on competitors and property market.
• Assist in managing marketing expenditure and budget to maximize operational efficiency.
• Manage the inventory of all marketing materials.
• Participate in strategic and tactical planning and implementation of Sales & Marketing plans to achieve the company's sales targets.
• General department administration and any ad-hoc duties.

Requirement

• Possess a Degree in Marketing or equivalent with minimum 2-3 years’ experience in property development industry.
• A team player, result-driven, self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and written. Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Possess relevant skills in MS Office and social media.
