Job Responsibilities

  • Provide full support to Seniors/Managers in overseeing property management (handing over of keys, defect rectification) and customer relations.
  • Maintain and update the necessary records.
  • Liaise with the respective parties to ensure excellent customer service and enhanced service performance.
  • To attend to residents' complaints and queries and provide assistance when needed.
  • To assist in communication with contractors regarding defects in the unit.


Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree/Professional Certificate in a related field.
  • Prior working experience in Customer Service (Property) is not a must but would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.
  • A well-mannered individual that can deal with purchasers and contractors politely and respectfully.
  • Excellent customer service skills to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Proactive individual that can work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
