Job Responsibilities

  • To motivate the sales staffs in delivering their tasks and ensuring the Sales Team achieves the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the Management
  • To source new prospects and to follow-up on existing prospects to ensure assigned sales target are achieved.
  • To manage all sales launches, attend to walk-in customers and all forms of sales enquiries.
  • To build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential buyers.
  • To identify the issues, challenges and conduct market research on property market trends and competitors’ analysis.
  • To analyze the sales data, operations and recommend areas for improvements.
  • To compile, monitor, and report of sales performance.
  • To participate in all the launches and promotional events.
  • To maintain proper filing of potential leads and up-to-date sales progress.
  • Ensure sales gallery/ show units/ exhibition booth are in tip-top condition.
  • Any other duties that may be given by the Superior from time to time.


Requirement

  • Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Management or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in property development industry.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Experience in residential land sales will be highly valued and considered an added advantage.
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is an advantage.
  • Sales & customers service oriented, pro-active and resourceful.
  • Willing to work on weekends and/ or public holidays, to accommodate client schedules.
