JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To handle full set of accounts.
  • To prepare management accounts and reports (including tax computation, reporting package, cash flow statement, GST returns and related schedules).
  • To liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers, government bodies, suppliers as well as internal clients/other departments of the Berjaya Group of Companies.
  • To prepare profit and cash flow forecasts and projections.
  • To prepare statutory financial reports.
  • To analyze financial information using Excel to calculate various ratios, percentages, averages.
  • In charge of petty cash and petty cash record.
  • To perform any other ad hoc duties.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree (major in accounting/finance) or final stage of professional qualification in accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, any computerized accounting packages.
  • Prefer 1 to 3 years of accounting and/or audit experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and highly adaptive in challenging working environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Check all detail construction drawings, ensure work complies with the latest construction drawings and specifications. Check all dimensions between architectural and structural drawings and ensure all information is complete. Highlight discrepancies, report and discuss such discrepancies with the Project Engineer, Construction Manager, and Project Manager.
  • Coordinate with all subcontractors on the work progress and mitigate issues affecting the work progress. Assist the Project/Construction Manager in the planning of Week Ahead schedule of works.
  • Ensure the quality of workmanship is acceptable according to industry standards and reject works that are generally unacceptable. Comply with QLASSIC requirements on work quality. Carry out periodical quality inspections and identify defective works. Ensure all defective works are immediately rectified. Cultivate and promote culture with a “Do It Right The First Time” approach on work quality.
  • Coordinate in the ordering and receiving of materials and comply with all necessary ISO documentation.
  • Implement controls to minimize wastage. Carry out daily supervision works and report to Project/Construction Manager.
  • Carry out systematic recordings of work progress by respective subcontractors. submit Daily Records to Construction Manager for endorsement. Be accountable for the endorsement of daily records submitted.
  • Any other job responsibilities required by the Project/Construction Manager.
  • Attend all project site meetings as well as technical meetings with clients or consultants.
  • Monitor and inspect work sites to ensure safe work practices are carried out accordingly.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma.
  • At least 3 years working experience related with building architecture works is required.
  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with MEP or M&E is required.
  • Working knowledge in the construction field.
  • Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role.
  • Proficiency in English and Malay is mandatory.

  • Determine client’s goal and requirements of the project and prepare concept & design proposals with inputs from Managers.
  • To assist and lead initial concept presentation and meetings.
  • Prepare full set conceptual drawings in 2D and 3D presentation and layout plan as well as to prepare conceptual design and sample material board.
  • Prepare 2D & 3D documentations using computer applications such as AutoCAD, 3DSmax & Vray and/or Sketchup & Vray, Illustrator and/or Photoshop.
  • Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.
  • Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.
  • Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 8 years working experiences as an Interior Designer.
