JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To oversee operations.
- Support the manager in reviewing contractor performance.
- Report any shortcomings and propose improvement measures.
- Perform and execute any other duties as assigned by your superior.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience in mall operations, facility management and property management (preferably with short-term rental properties).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
- Quick-witted with problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
- Familiarity of property management software and reporting tools
- Knowledge on HVAC, fire alarms, plumbing and PPG systems.
- Knowledgeable on the Strata Management Act, any applicable laws in Malaysia and MPI House.
