OUR FOUNDER
Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Vincent Tan, Founder and Advisor of Berjaya Corporation Berhad
Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Vincent Tan Chee Yioun (“TSVT”) is a businessman with more than four decades of entrepreneurial experience and success.

He has a diverse portfolio of business interests, including his significant stake in Berjaya Corporation and private holdings across various sectors such as retail, hospitality, property and services. In 2023, TSVT transitioned from his role as Chairman of Berjaya Corporation Berhad to serve as the Advisor to the Board.
Better Malaysia Foundation
The Better Malaysia Foundation was founded to support various social causes including education, healthcare, and housing for underprivileged communities. Championing English language proficiency, BMF partners with NGOs to create community learning centers offering free education and soft skills training.

In the healthcare sector, BMF provides financial aid for the treatment of diseases such as kidney ailments, cancer, and AIDS. They also operate a free acupuncture center and fund haemodialysis centers for impoverished kidney patients. Recognising the importance of housing in enhancing individual and collective well-being, as well as contributing to economic and social progress, BMF is committed to providing affordable homes for the underprivileged.
YAYASAN MY FIRST HOME

Yayasan My First Home (YMFH) is a charitable foundation founded by Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Vincent Tan Chee Yioun, to establish as a public company limited by guarantee incorporated under the Companies Act 2016 on 23 December 2021. The Foundation serves as a central hub, uniting developers, financiers, donors, NGOs, and government agencies to collaboratively promote and facilitate affordable housing and home ownership for the B40 group.
