In line with our Group’s expansion, we are seeking proactive and dynamic graduates to support our senior management team. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support to the Senior Management team in all areas of work including handling administrative and operational matters.
- To undertake other special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin is a prerequisite. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications or other related fields.
- Fresh graduates with excellent academic records are encouraged to apply.
- Strong ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently with great initiative and a high level of confidentiality and trust.
- Resourceful, mature, highly committed and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
