The Assistant Manager, Sales for Operations is responsible for supporting the sales team by ensuring smooth operations, driving sales performance, and implementing effective strategies to meet business objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Operations Support:
  • Coordinate sales activities and ensure that the sales team has the tools and resources needed to meet targets.
  • Manage and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Sales Strategy Implementation:
  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue and operational goals.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze sales data to track performance, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting key metrics and opportunities.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Support the sales team in maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction to foster repeat business.
5. Collaboration with Other Departments:
  • Work closely with the operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies and operational execution.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery and product availability.
6. Sales Training and Development:
  • Assist in training and onboarding of new sales team members.
  • Provide ongoing support to sales representatives to enhance performance and product knowledge.
7. Sales Forecasting and Planning:
  • Assist in forecasting sales targets and planning resources to meet demand.
  • Monitor and adjust sales goals based on market conditions and operational capacity.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations or management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
