KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Customer Service Team: Supervise and support the team to maintain high service standards, handle escalated issues, and monitor performance.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service efficiency and collaboration with operations.
- Training and Development: Train, develop, and motivate customer service staff to improve performance and skills.
- Customer Engagement: Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries through various communication channels.
- Operational Support: Work with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and resolve operational issues affecting customer service.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track performance metrics and provide insights to management to improve strategies.

REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
