KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage Customer Service Team: Supervise and support the team to maintain high service standards, handle escalated issues, and monitor performance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service efficiency and collaboration with operations.
  • Training and Development: Train, develop, and motivate customer service staff to improve performance and skills.
  • Customer Engagement: Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries through various communication channels.
  • Operational Support: Work with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and resolve operational issues affecting customer service.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track performance metrics and provide insights to management to improve strategies.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to service quality standards and conduct regular audits.
  • Strategy Development: Assist in creating strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven customer service management experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
