JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage, monitor and supervise interior fit-out, renovation and defect rectification works.
- To check and ensure work is done up to the required standard.
- To attend to project meetings and all site issues.
- To liaise with vendors, service providers and suppliers.
- Perform routine inspection and follow up tightly on defect
- To prepare weekly defect report.
- Act as liaison between sales, leasing, customer service department and homeowners.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture/Construction Management or an equivalent field.
- 5 years of related working experience in ID fit out/renovation industry.
- Meticulous with great attention to detail.
- Computer literate.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical knowledge in interior fit out, renovation and building defects.
- Hands-on commitment in ensuring the job gets done.
