- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud platforms.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of IT systems to support business needs.
- Monitor and optimize system performance and capacity planning.

- Manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring seamless functioning of all systems, applications, and services.
- Develop and enforce IT operational policies, processes, and standards to enhance efficiency.
- Oversee IT service desk and support functions to provide excellent user experience and issue resolution.
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop IT operations teams, including system administrators, network engineers, and support staff.

- Security and Compliance:

- Reporting and Documentation:
- Monitor and report on IT operational performance, uptime, and incident management metrics.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT infrastructure, processes, and policies.
- Present periodic IT operational updates to senior management and stakeholders.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Technical Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems administration, and network management.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices in IT operations management.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and practices.
- Leadership and Communication:
- Proven ability to lead and manage diverse IT teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or cloud certifications) are highly desirable.
