Senior Project Executive
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- On site supervision, such as site installation monitoring, fully involve in T&C, QC checking and monitoring on the works progress.
- Administrating and ensuring all details/spec are in line with approved drawing, tender drawing and construction drawing.
- Correspondence with client, designer, supplier and purchasing team.
- Valuation works on site.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Project Management/ Construction Management/Interior Design/Quantity Surveyor/Engineer or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Confident and independent.
- Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking.
- Proficient in computer, Microsoft Office.
