JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle day-to-day credit control and administration functions and activities.
  • Attend to purchasers’ enquiries.
  • Prepare weekly aging reports.
  • Prepare and issue all required letters for progress billing and payment collection.
  • To monitor and follow-up the progress of payment from purchasers.
  • To handle all documentation and coordination with solicitors and financial institutions on loan documentation and disbursement.
  • To handle all documentation in relation to issuance of individual titles under the new Housing Act.
  • To handle vacant possession inclusive of coordination with internal departments.
  • To handle daily administration activities with property software, MHW.
  • Any other assigned tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.
  • Candidates with 2 years’ working experience are preferred but fresh graduates are more than welcomed to apply.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Microsoft/Excel/MHW literate.
  • Self-motivated, committed, a team player and results oriented.
  • Hold a valid driving license.
