Junior Contract Executive
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To check drawing, taking off, check quantity.
- To prepare BOQ, call tender, tender exercise.
- To check the prices quoted in tender/quotation.
- To evaluate & prepare project VO.
- Preparation payment certificate of contractor and final account sourcing of contractor & material.
- To attend site valuation, joint site measurement, site meeting & others to assist supervisor.
- Able communicate with designer, project team, purchasing team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree/ Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Experience in preparing cost estimating, BQ, tender.
- Strong communication skill.
- Proficient in computer, Microsoft office.
- Confident and independent.
- Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking.
