Role Purpose:

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in both internal and external communications including but not limited to corporate websites, corporate presentation materials, annual and sustainability reports, press releases, EDMs, newsletter, etc.
- Perform editorial tasks which include drafting and editing of written communications (including press releases, speeches, memos, official letters and reports) as well as other publicity-related material.
- Conduct daily media monitoring.
- Coordinate media interviews.
- Manage and monitor all promotional materials and publications and plan for their timely dissemination.
- Copywriting works for newsletters, festive e-greetings and collaterals.
- Support all external communications-related activities and events.
- Undertake administrative tasks, projects, assignments, events, ad-hoc functions and related duties when required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or its equivalent.
- At least 1-3 years of related experience in communications, specifically in internal communications, and corporate social responsibility.
- Possess skills and understanding in media and branding, news/social media, project management, and event management in corporate events are the added advantage in this role.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken. Knowledge of the Malay and Mandarin languages (written and spoken) would be advantage.
- A team player with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to work under pressure, with tight timelines and work independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
