JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support the Executive Director / CEO in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Company’s strategic plans, business objectives, and growth initiatives.
- Provide leadership and oversight for the Company’s Insurtech portfolio and other assigned business functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend new business opportunities, partnerships, products, services, and market expansion initiatives to drive sustainable growth.
- Monitor business performance, market developments, regulatory changes, and industry trends, and provide strategic recommendations to strengthen the Company’s competitive position.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and work closely with department heads to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives, business projects, and organizational priorities.
- Establish and strengthen governance, risk management, contingency planning, and business continuity measures to support organizational resilience and operational effectiveness.
- Represent the Company in engagements with clients, business partners, regulators, industry stakeholders, and other external parties, fostering strong relationships and enhancing the Company’s reputation.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and strategic direction to management teams while undertaking special projects and corporate initiatives as directed by the Executive Director / CEO.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Insurance, Information Technology, or related disciplines. A Master’s Degree or professional qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant working experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership capacity.
- Strong understanding of Insurtech, Insurance, Financial Services, Technology-Enabled Services, Digital Platforms, or related industries.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, business development, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, evaluate risks, and drive sustainable business growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
