JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Execute and manage the full vacant possession (VP) process from the preparation (before VP) to key collection.
- Conduct pre-inspection on units to ensure the unit is in excellent condition before VP.
- Ensuring the unit is in good condition, as how it was during check in when the tenant checks out. If there are any defects, liaison with the tenant is necessary to bear the total cost of repairing.
- Briefing prospects/tenants on the handover process, which includes the unit tour, usage of facilities, handover of the property, handover kit and DLP period.
- Attend to the owners of the property for the handover of vacant possession (VP).
- Coordinate defect rectification works to ensure all defects are filed and rectified within the stipulated time frame.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a tactful and timely manner.
- Communicating professionally with customers through various platforms (Emails & WhatsApp).
- Keeping records of customer defect complaints and inquiries.
- Communicating and coordinating with the project team and external contractors for defect rectification.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree/Professional Certificate in a related field.
- Prior working experience in Customer Service (Property) is not a must but would be an added advantage.
- Advantage has building management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A well-mannered individual that can deal with the purchasers and contractors politely and respectfully.
- Excellent customer service skills to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Proactive individual that can work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
