JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Liaise with creative agencies for marketing collaterals and relevant agencies to carry out advertising and promotional activities.
- Coordinate and execute marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, digital marketing, and campaigns.
- Responsible for statutory authorities, e.g. Developer License and Advertising Permit (DLAP), 7F, and NAPIC submission.
- Conduct market research and surveys on competitors and the property market.
- Assist in managing marketing expenditure and budget to maximize operational efficiency.
- Manage the inventory of all marketing materials.
- Participate in strategic and tactical planning and implementation of Sales & Marketing plans to achieve the company’s sales target.
- Pursue sales leads for sales opportunity, attend to phone inquiries and walk-in customers, and act proactively to source for new prospects to achieve the sales target.
- To support all sales and marketing activities and events whenever required by the company, including weekend duties in sales gallery, whether locally or overseas and attend to site appointments with prospects, purchasers or agents for assigned projects.
- General department administration and any ad-hoc duties.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a Degree in Marketing or equivalent with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the property development industry.
- A team player, result-driven, delf-motivated, ambitious, and able to work under pressure.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Knowledge of Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Possess relevant skills in MS Office and social media.
- Willing to travel outstation/overseas and work after office hours, weekends and public holidays when required.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, committed and result-oriented.
