JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversee construction activities and financial performance, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, specifications, and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring effective execution, cross-site coordination, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, procurement, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, legal and regulatory requirements, while managing documentation, permits, contracts, and reporting.
- Identify, assess and manage risks while keeping stakeholders informed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction project management including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Extensive experience in managing earthwork and infrastructure projects with proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong command of budget, timeline, and quality control.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulation and quality standards.
