- IT Research & Support
- Conduct research on IT trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Support in preparing client reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Assist in data collection, business analysis, and documentation.
- Project Coordination & Assistance
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on action items.
- Help with project documentation, tracking timelines, and compiling reports.
- Support testing and implementation phases of IT projects as required.
- Client Engagement Support
- Assist in responding to basic client queries and gathering requirements.
- Support the preparation of IT consulting recommendations under supervision.
- Help in organizing workshops, training sessions, and client presentations.
- Team & Learning Development
- Participate in internal training and mentorship programs.
- Stay updated on IT consulting methodologies and frameworks.
- Collaborate with senior team members for knowledge sharing.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business IT, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or IT support.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, cloud technologies, and business processes.
- Strong willingness to learn, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
