JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate the financial, qualitative and quantitative aspects of investment proposals, corporate exercises and other business proposals.
- Conduct research and feasibility studies on the proposed transactions.
- Prepare schemes, presentation papers, announcements, circulars to shareholders and other relevant corporate documents relating to the proposed transactions and corporate exercises.
- Assist superiors in ensuring that the proposed transactions and corporate exercises comply with all applicable laws, regulations, listing requirements, guidelines and disclosure requirements of the relevant regulatory authorities, both local and overseas, where applicable.
- Review presentation materials, legal documents, reports, regulatory submissions, documents to shareholders and public investors.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Economics or a professional qualification such as ACCA/MICPA/CPA or equivalent.
- Have at least 3 years of relevant working experience in corporate finance transactions or audit.
- Possess a good understanding and knowledge of the capital markets, securities laws and guidelines issued by the relevant authorities.
- Possess good writing and research skills, with good attention to detail.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be proactive, self-motivated and highly adaptive in challenging working environment.
