JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to increase parking revenue and occupancy.
- Identify new business opportunities with corporate clients, tenants, and nearby establishments.
- Promote seasonal offers, monthly passes, and promotional packages to boost traffic and retention.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, online ads, etc.) and on-site promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyze parking trends and sales performance to guide future planning.
- Collaborate with the operations and customer services teams to improve overall parking user experience.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in Sales or Marketing (Experience in Property/Parking/Facilities is an added advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and basic design software is an added advantage.
