The Car Park Officer will be responsible for managing the daily operations of parking facilities, ensuring smooth traffic flow, vehicle safety, while providing excellent customer service to parking users. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Control the entry and exit of vehicles in the parking area.
- Monitor parking space availability and direct vehicles accordingly.
- Operate parking systems such as machines, barriers, and payment systems.
- Assist customers with inquiries or parking-related issues.
- Ensure safety and security within the parking area through regular patrols.
- Report any damages, accidents, or suspicious activities.
- Enforce parking rules and issue notices when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure duties and carried out properly.
- Prepare and manage staff duty rosters/schedules.
- Handle season parking pass registration, renewal, and records management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of working experience in parking operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and honest.
- Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work in outdoor environments.
