JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Monitor site progress, workmanship, and compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on project-related matters.
- Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation, reports, method statements, and technical submissions.
- Ensure compliance with ISO quality management systems and maintain all required documentation.
- Implement and monitor QLASSIC requirements to achieve quality targets and standards.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues arising during construction.
- Monitor project quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates to management.
- Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience in the construction industry, preferably in building projects.
- Familiar with ISO documentation, procedures, and quality management systems.
- Strong knowledge of QLASSIC requirements, standards, and implementation.
- Able to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Good project coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and engineering-related software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
