RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides information to customers by verifying understanding of request, answering questions, and offering assistance.
- Resolving customer issues and concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products and services.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex customer requests.
- Provide support during mall events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns as needed.
- Performs any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess minimum SPM/Advanced/Diploma in Business Studies/ or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia in both verbal and written.
- Required Skills: Informing Others, Verbal Communication, Resolving Conflict, Listening, Multi-tasking, Customer Service, General Math Skills, Promoting Process Improvement, Problem Solving, Thoroughness, and Quality Focus.
