RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provides information to customers by verifying understanding of request, answering questions, and offering assistance.
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products and services.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex customer requests.
  • Provide support during mall events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns as needed.
  • Performs any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Possess minimum SPM/Advanced/Diploma in Business Studies/ or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia in both verbal and written.
