Customer Service Executive (Property Management)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To assist the purchaser for key collection and joint inspection of unit.
- To communicate with the site’s contractors on handling defects in the unit.
- To ensure all defect rectification works are completed within the stipulated time frame.
- To handover the keys to the purchaser upon rectification of defects in the unit.
- To provide excellent customer service by assisting purchasers and liaison with the relevant parties to enhance service performance.
- To attend to residents’ complaints and queries and provide assistance when needed.
- To ensure all related documents are recorded properly and kept up to date.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree/Professional Certificate in a related field.
- Prior working experience in Customer Service (Property) is not a must but would be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.
- A well-mannered individual that can deal with the purchasers and contractors politely and respectfully.
- Excellent customer service skills to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Proactive individual that can work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
