A wholly-owned subsidiary of Berjaya Capital Berhad, a public listed company on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia, Prime Credit Leasing ("PCL") was incorporated on 23 October 1979 and commenced business in August 1980. PCL is a member of Asset Financing & Leasing Association of Malaysia (formerly known as Equipment Leasing Association of Malaysia) and the Association of Hire Purchase Companies of Malaysia.
