Berjaya Builds Pondok Polis For Berjaya Park Community

Pakar Angsana Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Berjaya Land Berhad and the developer of Berjaya Park, Shah Alam handed over a newly-completed Pondok Polis Berjaya Park in Section 32, Shah Alam together with a Perodua Kancil and two motorcycles as police patrol vehicles to the Selangor Police contingent on 25 September 2004.

Speaking at the handing over ceremony, Mr. Francis Ng, Executive Director of Berjaya Land Berhad said, "As a responsible developer, Pakar Angsana Sdn Bhd will continue to safeguard the interests and well being of our residents. Rather than just building houses, we want to create a community where residenst can live in comfort and children can play in complete safety. Therefore, Berjaya Park is the realisation of our dream of creating an ideal community for Malaysians."

The handing over of Pondok Polis Berjaya Park and the security patrol vehicles represents a joining of forces in not only preventing crime but also ensuring a safe, worry-free lifestyle" he added.

Meanwhile, DCP Dato' Mohd Fauzi bin Sa'ari commended Berjaya Land Berhad for building a Pondok Polis in Berjaya Park. "Having a Pondok Polis in Berjaya Park will help police to monitor the security in the area more effectively and efficiently. We really appreciate Berjaya Land's efforts in building the Pondok Polis and hope that more developers will come forward to build such a facility for the residents of their respective housing projects" he added.

Spanning across a vast 325 acres of prime freehold land, Berjaya Park is a mixed development consisting of residential and commercial properties.
