Berjaya Food Berhad (BFood) was incorporated on 21 October 2009. As part of the listing scheme, Berjaya Roasters (M) Sdn Bhd (BRoasters) was acquired and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of BFood in January 2011. BFood was subsequently listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 8 March 2011.

The principal activity of BFood is investment holding while the Group (via BRoasters) is principally engaged in the development and operation of the Kenny Rogers ROASTERS chain of restaurants in Malaysia.
