BERJAYA Land Bhd (BLand) has bought 51 per cent of Absolute Prestige Sdn Bhd, which owns the 239-room Piccolo Hotel on Jalan Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, for RM15.3 million. The deal includes the Piccolo Galleria, a three-floor commercial retail centre. Absolute Prestige holds a long-term lease on the building called Wisma Peladang and has converted it into the Piccolo Hotel and "Piccolo Galleria", jointly referred to as "The Piccolo" building.
