Berjaya Land Berhad announced the conversion of 113,700 irredeemable convertible unsecured loan stocks 1999/2009 into the Company's additional 113,700 new ordinary shares of MYR1.00 each. The shares arising from the conversion will be granted listing and quotation with effect from May 28, 2008.
