Berjaya Corporation Berhad announced the conversion of 120,266 irredeemable convertible unsecured loan stocks 2005/2015, of nominal amount of MYR0.50 each into the Company's additional 118,933 new ordinary shares of MYR1.00 each. The shares arising from the conversion will be granted listing and quotation with effect from May 28, 2008.
