Berjaya Land Berhad announced the conversion of 90,000 irredeemable convertible unsecured loan stocks 1999/2009 into the Company's additional 90,000 new ordinary shares of MYR1.00 each. The shares arising from the conversion will be granted listing and quotation with effect from May 13, 2008.
