Berjaya Land Berhad announced the conversion of 18,100 irredeemable convertible unsecured loan stocks 1999/2009 into the Company's additional 18,100 new ordinary shares of MYR1.00 each. The shares arising from the conversion will be granted listing and quotation with effect from June 4, 2008.
